Before I had bar books, I had books about making beer and wine and mead. I still have them, and a humongous pile of novice-level brewing equipment, but that’s another pile for another day. This pile is 100% attributable to the first in the collection, David A. Embury’s The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks. It arrived in February of 2015, inscribed:
